Yes! We offer personal training in either one-on-one sessions or in small groups of up to 4 people.
We offer membership options for our CrossFit group classes. We have a 2 session a week membership and an unlimited membership.
Both of our facilities have showers, a dedicated kids area and all the training equipment you could ever need.
Yes! We have a dedicated kids area in which the little ones can stay safe from the gym floor whilst still being very close by to mum & dad.
All you really need is some water, a towel and a great attitude!
